Data Direct has a nationally driven Systematic Unaddressed
Flyer Selection process in place in order to identify the best
option of distribution per market or to the store level.
Each store or market is analyzed to provide all
distribution options available for the distribution of flyers to
the houses and apartments selected for distribution.
Data Direct has a proprietary GIS software program in place
capable to blend distribution options in each market in order for
their clients to best utilize their advertising dollars while not
compromising on the response rates.
The blended distribution option, BDO, can identify which
distributors to choose for houses only, their level of geographic
distribution, in home dates, costs for insertion, auditing
capabilities and receiving requirements.
It also identifies the apartment distribution options
available other than Canada Post.
Our clients simply need to ship their flyers to Data Direct located in Mississauga, and then leave the rest to us. All flyer programs are handled in house under one roof and each chosen distributor is managed by Data Direct Client Services and Production Team. Data Direct ships flyers to all points in Canada, regular ground or air to ensure the programs in home date is not compromised. In the event Canada Post is chosen as one of the distribution methods, Data Direct provides our clients with two options of shipping:
2). Sampling: Data Direct Group Inc. has 5 Sitma poly wrapping machines within our production facility capable to poly wrap samples for unaddressed distribution. Shampoo samples, CD’s, catalogues, etc no job is too big or too small. After the production and insertion of your sample, Data Direct can manage the unaddressed distribution management of the program. Our clients save on 3rd party brokerage costs as all elements of your sampling job are handled in house.
- To the main distribution facility of Canada Post or
- To the participating postal stations. Time and costs play a factor in both methods and we will provide you with the options for your approvals.

A). Polymail: Polymail is an unaddressed
flyer program designed for apartment distribution through a Poly bag carrier which
is to the specifications of Canada Post. The Poly bag is a 6
x 14” carrier so that your current designed flyer does not need to be changed in
order to participate in the program. The cost saving in postage,
insertion and shipping is up to 40%.
