Uploading Files Sending files to Data Direct (via FTP) 1) Opening account Please contact us and we will set you up with a S/FTP account and give you the necessary information to log in. 2) Logging in Once you’ve signed up with us, you may use any S/FTP software to connect to our S/FTP server. If you don’t have any S/FTP software, there are some free ones you can download like FileZilla. 3) Upload files Once you are logged in, you can upload file(s) to our server and send us an Email stating the filename and what program the file belongs to.
